Job summary

Helius Technologies Pte Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a migration specialist who will provide project management expertise and technical leadership to migrate clients to new services, data requirements, and platforms, ensuring a seamless transition and data integrity.

You will coordinate with clients and internal teams, train users, support testing and rollout, and generate reports tracking migration progress while minimising disruption.

Qualifications

• Experience managing client migrations end-to-end.
• Knowledge of data migration best practices and reporting.
• Experience with system integration via API or file-based methods.

Role Purpose

The specialist will provide project management expertise and technical leadership to manage and execute the migration of existing clients to new services, data requirements, specifications, and platforms. The role is responsible for ensuring a seamless transition, maintaining data integrity, and minimising disruption to client and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• 2.1 Plan and manage client migration activities using best-practice project management methodologies.
• 2.2 Conduct client training and provide advisory support throughout the migration lifecycle.
• 2.3 Support client system testing, rollout, and post-migration readiness activities.
• 2.4 Collaborate extensively with external clients and internal stakeholders to coordinate delivery and resolve issues.
• 2.5 Use data extraction and transformation technologies to generate operational and management reports that track migration progress.

Preferred Experience and Knowledge

• 3.1 Experience with system integration technologies, including file-based and API-based integration.
• 3.2 Knowledge of ISO 20022, SWIFT, and payments will be an advantage.
