Job summary

A construction management firm in Singapore is looking for a Project Manager to oversee HDB projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of relevant experience in managing large-scale projects and a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering. Responsibilities include managing budgets, schedules, and resources, and ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience managing completed HDB or large-scale projects, preferably with an A1 Main Contractor.

• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of the construction process, ensuring seamless execution on-site.
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities to ensure project requirements and approvals are met.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (BCA, MOM) and adherence to client specifications and safety standards.
• Monitor construction progress and performance to achieve project objectives while maintaining quality, safety, and budgetary targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience managing completed HDB or large-scale projects, preferably with an A1 Main Contractor.
