Job description

We are seeking a highly organised, execution-focused, and strategically minded Project Manager to lead and drive complex initiatives across PropertyLimBrothers Group and its ecosystem of companies.

This is not a traditional coordinator role. You will be the central enabler of progress, building clarity out of complexity, creating structure where it doesn’t exist, and ensuring projects move from idea to delivery with precision and momentum.

The ideal candidate:

  • Thrives on building systems, workflows, and processes.
  • Can zoom out for strategy, then zoom in to execute.
  • Naturally brings order, clarity, and accountability to teams.

You will play a pivotal role in aligning stakeholders, managing sprints, and ensuring key projects ship — on time and at the standard PLB demands.

What will I be doing?

1. Cross-Company Project Ownership
Lead and manage high-impact projects across multiple business units under PLB Group.
Define scopes, timelines, deliverables, and workflows.
Ensure alignment between business goals, team capacity, and execution plans.

2. Agile & Sprint Management
Run structured sprint cycles using Scrum methodology.
Maintain backlogs, roadmaps, and sprint boards.
Plan, prioritise, and facilitate agile rituals (standups, retros, planning sessions).

3. Workflow, System & Tool Mastery
Own and optimise project management systems (Notion, Jira, ClickUp).
Translate complex tasks into clear workflows and track progress end-to-end.
Ensure teams adopt best practices for documentation, execution, and reporting.

4. Data, Insights & Reporting
Leverage AI tools to generate insights, build dashboards, and support strategic decision-making.
Prepare executive-level reports highlighting progress, risks, and next steps.

5. Cross-Functional Team Coordination
Partner with leaders and teams across Media, Tech, Sales, Operations, and Creative.
Identify blockers early and drive resolution proactively.
Ensure clear communication across all stakeholders.

6. Delivery & Accountability
Monitor timelines, dependencies, and resource needs.
Keep momentum high and ensure commitments are met.
Drive teams toward measurable outcomes and high-quality deliverables.

What is required of me?
  • Experience: 4–7 years in project management, operations, product ownership, or similar roles.
  • Methodology: Strong foundation in Agile & Scrum. Certification (Scrum Master, Product Owner, PMP) is a plus.
  • Tech & Tools:
    • Notion, Jira, ClickUp (or equivalent)
    • Google Workspace, Gantt tools, dashboards
    • AI tools for insight generation (ChatGPT, Gemini)
  • Execution Mindset: Highly organised, structured, and detail-oriented.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to turn ambiguity into clarity and action plans.
  • Communication: Clear, concise, and aligned with a high-performance, fast-paced environment.
  • Accountability & Ownership: A finisher — someone who ensures things get shipped.
What's in it for you
  • 5-Day, 35-Hour Work Week
