📌 Job Scope / Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Scheduling Develop and manage overall project timeline and work schedules. Define project milestones, deliverables, and key deadlines. Coordinate planning with architects, engineers, and consultants.
  • Budgeting & Cost Control Prepare project budgets and cost estimates. Monitor expenses and control project costs. Approve invoices, variations, and procurement requests.
  • Contract & Stakeholder Management Manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Handle negotiations and resolve contractual issues. Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders.
  • Team Coordination & Supervision Lead site teams and supervise contractors/subcontractors. Assign responsibilities and monitor performance. Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is on track.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance Ensure construction work meets design specifications and quality standards. Implement and enforce safety, health, and environmental regulations. Address site issues and non-compliance promptly.
  • Risk Management Identify risks and implement mitigation plans. Resolve project delays, disputes, and emergencies effectively.
  • Reporting Prepare progress reports and updates for senior management and clients. Track project performance using KPIs and reporting tools.
