Responsibilities

• Set KPI for the team and guide them to achieve it by creating knowledge base articles.
• Attend change advisory committee meetings and approve/reject changes.
• Oversee the risk and security findings and address them promptly.

Job description

At least 15 years experience in project management in banking, financial, consulting industries with proven track record.

Strong experience in Channels Stream systems such as Branch Teller System, Contact Centre applications

Experience in migration of Contact Centre business operations

Possess in depth knowledge and experience on branch system architecture and services

Set KPI for the team and guide them to achieve the same by creating knowledge base articles

Attend change advisory committee meetings, review the changes & approve / reject the changes

Oversee the risk and security findings and address them in a timely manner

Provide CSI (continuous service improvement) for process improvement & introduce monitoring for critical services

Good to have PMP, Prince2, Agile certification.

Should have experience on Avaya products.
