What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities
🎯 Project Leadership & Delivery Acceleration
- Own the full lifecycle of turn-key telecom solutions, from planning through commissioning, ensuring successful and timely delivery.
- Be the central coordinator, seamlessly orchestrating internal engineering teams, external vendors, and key customers.
- Apply "expediting techniques"—proactive strategies, scenario planning, and laser-focused coordination to compress timelines and swiftly dismantle project roadblocks.
- Leverage your proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Kanban) and adaptive methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) to drive efficient execution.
💻 Technical Oversight & Quality Assurance
- Provide technical oversight for software development and IT management activities, ensuring solutions are technically sound and aligned with stakeholder requirements.
- Champion and enforce SDLC best practices across all phases (planning, execution, testing) to maintain high-quality deliverables.
🛡️ Governance, Risk Management & Documentation
- Proactively monitor and control project scope, schedule, and budget using advanced verification tools.
- Identify, analyse, and escalate potential risks and issues to management, proposing well-defined and executable mitigation strategies.
- Maintain meticulous project documentation, ensuring audit readiness and clear knowledge transfer.

- Cultivate and sustain strong, collaborative relationships with key customers, vendors, and cross-functional internal teams.

What You Will Bring: Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- 4-6+ years of dedicated experience in telecom project management.
- Proven experience managing complex multi-vendor integration projects.
- Relevant professional certifications (PMP, Agile certifications, etc.) are a definite plus.
