Job summary

A leading technology firm in Singapore is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead AI/ML projects. The role requires over 8 years of experience and proven skills in stakeholder management. You'll co-ordinate project delivery, manage timelines, and present reports to senior management. Ideal candidates will have a strong grasp of AI/ML project lifecycles and excellent communication skills, preferably with certifications like PMP or Prince2.

Qualifications

• Co-ordinate end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Work alongside project manager on project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and program leadership.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including AI/ML engineers, domain experts, and business analysts.
• Ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues and blockers.
• Maintain strong stakeholder communication and expectation management.
• Support governance activities and contribute to program-level planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of overall experience, with proven work experience in project management, preferably in AI/ML or Financial Crime Compliance (KYC/TM) domains.
• Experience in managing large-scale technology projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML project lifecycle and data-driven solution delivery.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
• Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment is a plus.
• PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications are desirable.
