Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
  • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
  • Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
  • Monitor build progress, oversee finance and ensure project quality.
  • Make strategic decisions and provide leadership and direction to project managers.
  • Meet with clients, stakeholders and project managers to report on project progress.
  • Liaise with clients and build strong working relationships.
  • Devise cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion.
  • Manage risks to avoid delays or reputational damage.
  • Ensure permits and legal papers are secured ahead of the project.
  • Manage project managers and enable them to supervise and manage their own teams.
  • Oversee overall planning, implementation, execution and completion of sections of the project.
  • Lead independently the project implementation team at site.
  • Ensure all projects go smoothly, including planning, controlling, execution and communication.
  • Stay focused on the needs of the client and strive to exceed their expectations.
  • Work with management, architects and contractors to plan, manage, control and monitor project resources.

  • Prepare for VO claim for abortive work/technical change.
  • Any other duties as assigned by Directors.
Qualifications
