Job Description

The Project Manager is part of a wider Property Management Division, reporting directly to the Vice President. The Project Manager is responsible for managing the corporate real estate of SPH Media.

Key responsibilities include:

• Track property related capital and operational expenditure/procurement.

• Manage requests for space, identify and propose location within the News Centre and may include subsequent fit out.

• Accurate internal charging of space utilization to respective divisions.

• Plan and execute building infrastructure facilities/system upgrading projects involving internal teams and external vendors.

• Plan and execute building infrastructure facilities/system maintenance activities.

• Manage minor property enhancement initiatives.

• Respond to and engage relevant vendors to resolve outages related to building infrastructure facilities/system.

• Track and follow up on internal and external leases that SPH Media engages in.

• Collaborate with relevant divisions to provide required inputs to support new or evolving workplace needs/plans.

• Continuous review of existing process and seek out opportunities for enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Participate in initiatives/projects as assigned.
