Job description

As core part of the Project Management Group in Singapore will play a proactive role in respect of daily communications and in discussing with the Land Transport Authority and liaising with the Project Management Group in Korea. You will be Project Manager (PM) for the plant to manage the complete scope for various kinds of manufacturing, production, logistics including design, fabrication, testing, commissioning and warranty services.

As a Project Manager you will also implement the execution plan for achievement of the project:

Duties
  • Coordinate with all project related personnel on day-to-day progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of project
  • Planning and Scheduling of project activities plus expediting and co-ordinating
  • Management of all sub-contractors associated with the Quality & Protocol management
  • Provide reports on progress against schedule, manpower & material tracking.
  • Project coordination including submission to local authorities and liaison with clients, Sub-contractors, consultants and authorities on technical matters
  • To interface with clients, attend monthly meetings and prepare minutes ofmeetings
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a highly diverse and fast paced environment and under pressure
