Job summary

A construction engineering company in Singapore is seeking a Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and site coordination. The ideal candidate should have 6-7 years of experience in management, a degree in Engineering, and be knowledgeable in Wet Trade and LTA projects. • Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction activities of the project.
• Monitor and control the general workers' deployment on-site.
• Maintain site access throughout the construction period.
• Control and monitor work progress and resources.
• Monitor and control material wastage.
• In-depth understanding of project specifications, technical details, and construction drawings.
• Carry out work scheduling, material requisition planning, project coordination, and documentation.
• Ensure timely completion and good quality of works.
• Monitor Project's cost by taking proactive measures to prevent cost overruns.

Requirements:

• Min 6-7 years of experience in management role preferably in Construction
• Degree in Engineering or any construction related studies
• Have experience in Wet Trade
• Experience in LTA projects preferred
• Good command of EnglishWill be good if can speak Chinese to liaise with other contractors
• Local/PR preferred
