Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to ensure project execution according to contractual conditions within schedule and budget. You will coordinate activities with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, and manage site resources. Candidates must have a degree in Civil Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience in construction. Proficiency in MS Project is a must.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Managing Director and Senior Project Manager.
• Responsible for the coordination and interface with clients, consultants and sub contractors for timely execution of all project activities.
• Prepare master programme.
• Delegare and assign duties to site staff under his/her charge.
• Control the use of site resources and overall project costs on site.
• Ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control risks.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Min 3 years relevant construction field experience in Singapore.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Able to work within tight schedules and fast turn‑around times.
• Have a good interpersonal communication and people management skills.
• Proficient in MS Project and strong knowledge in project management.
