Job summary

A leading company in solar EPC projects is looking for a Project Manager based in Singapore. The role involves managing the end-to-end application process for government approvals, overseeing construction, and coordinating with teams across multiple locations, including Singapore, China, and Malaysia. Candidates should hold a relevant Bachelor's degree and possess strong project management and communication skills in English and Mandarin. This position may require frequent travel across the region.

• Relevant experience in project management, preferably in solar EPC or renewable energy projects.
• Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills to liaise with stakeholders.

• Support the full end-to-end application process for government approvals.

Job description

• Support and assist with the full end-to-end application process for relevant government approvals or procedures.
• Provide guidance on legal and regulatory requirements across China, Singapore, and Malaysia related to solar EPC projects.
• Oversee and monitor construction progress carried out by EPC teams.
• Ensure project schedules are on track and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with EPC teams, site staff, and stakeholders across Singapore, Malaysia, and China.
• Support procurement, logistics, and material tracking from an oversight perspective.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
• Significant and relevant experience in project management, preferably in solar EPC or renewable energy projects.
• Strong organizational, planning, and project coordination skills.
• Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin, able to liaise effectively with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Experience coordinating with teams across multiple locations (Singapore, China, and Malaysia).
• Willing and able to travel frequently across Singapore, China, and Malaysia.
