1. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
2. Use project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) to create schedules and track progress.
3. Define project scope and establish objectives aligned with client requirements.
4. Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
5. Monitor expenditures and address any cost overruns promptly.
6. Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
7. Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
8. Assign roles, responsibilities, and tasks to team members.
