Job summary

A leading software solutions provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced project manager with at least 15 years in the banking and consulting sectors. The candidate should have strong experience in Channels Stream systems and a proven track record in team leadership and risk management. Ideal candidates will have PMP or Prince2 certification and experience with Avaya products.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of experience in project management in banking, financial, and consulting industries.
• Strong experience in Channels Stream systems such as Branch Teller System and Contact Centre applications.
• Experience in migration of Contact Centre business operations.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with branch system architecture and services.
• Good to have PMP and Prince2 certifications, as well as Agile certification.

Responsibilities

• Set KPIs for the team and guide them in achieving them.
• Attend change advisory committee meetings, review and approve/reject changes.
• Oversee risk and security findings, addressing them in a timely manner.
• Provide continuous service improvement for process enhancement.

Job description

At least 15 years experience in project management in banking, financial, consulting industries with proven track record.

Strong experience in Channels Stream systems such as Branch Teller System, Contact Centre applications

Experience in migration of Contact Centre business operations

Possess in depth knowledge and experience on branch system architecture and services

Set KPI for the team and guide them to achieve the same by creating knowledge base articles

Attend change advisory committee meetings, review the changes & approve / reject the changes

Oversee the risk and security findings and address them in a timely manner

Provide CSI (continuous service improvement) for process improvement & introduce monitoring for critical services

Good to have PMP, Prince2, Agile certification.

Should have experience on Avaya products.
