The Project Manager is responsible for the overall coordination and management of the internal and external project team, focusing on maximizing the design value of the project, producing high-quality output, reducing costs associated with rework, and meeting positive financial results. The ideal candidate will inspire teams, champion the client's vision, and safeguard WATG's design integrity and commercial success. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing projects through all phases of development until completion. The Project Manager acts as a trusted advisor, anticipating challenges, resolving issues proactively, and maintaining the confidence of both clients and teams.
