Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager (Interior / A&A) to lead interior fit-out and A&A projects at Mandai Estate.

You will prepare cost estimates, budgets, schedules, and manage site operations with subcontractors and internal teams to deliver on time and within quality standards. The ideal candidate holds a degree or diploma in Project Management or Building-related field, with at least 5 years in Singapore’s construction industry; experience in office renovation

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Project Management, Building, Construction Management, or related field recognised by BCA.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the Singapore construction industry.
• Experience in office renovation, interior fit-out, furniture-related projects, or A&A works will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and work schedules, and develop an effective construction strategy.
• Lead and oversee site operations, including supervising and coordinating subcontractors and workers.
• Work closely with clients, architects, engineers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions when required.
• Maintain proper documentation of site activities, contracts, variations, and project reports.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and quality standards at all times.
• Support project handover, final inspections, and closing documentation.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities
