Job summary

Teamlease Digital Private Ltd. in Singapore seeks a seasoned Project/Programme Manager to lead cybersecurity delivery programs from discovery through deployment.

You will translate cybersecurity objectives into actionable requirements and review architectures, ensuring timely, within-budget implementations. With 5+ years in technology delivery or PMO roles, you will manage complex vendor processes, budgeting, and governance while coordinating cross-functional teams across security,

Qualifications

• Degree in Computing, Information Systems, Engineering, Cybersecurity or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of project/programme management experience in technology delivery, cybersecurity, engineering or PMO environments.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end cybersecurity solution implementation projects.
• Strong technical understanding to review cybersecurity architecture, identify design gaps and challenge proposed solutions.
• Experience managing complex RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, vendor selection, commercial negotiations and contract finalisation.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, budgeting, risk and issue management, change control and executive reporting.
• Working knowledge of SDLC, Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and MS Office.
• Experience in banking, financial services or other regulated enterprise environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate security testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect resolution and production readiness.
• Monitor project financials, budgets, forecasts and expenditure.
• Prepare project status reports, steering committee presentations and governance documentation.
• Coordinate stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely delivery, knowledge transfer and operational handover.
