Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and guide project teams, review construction details, and ensure project milestones are met. The ideal candidate will have a civil engineering degree and at least 6 years of relevant experience in a main contractor environment. This position offers a competitive salary of up to SGD 12,000 with variable benefits and working hours from 8:30am to 5:30pm on weekdays.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience, preferably with a main contractor.
• Proven experience managing project milestones within budget, schedule, and scope.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, architects, and authorities.
• Review construction drawings, details, defects, variations, and error lists.

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Project Manager:

Job Responsibilities

• Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, architects, and authorities; provide guidance and supervision to project teams.
• Review construction drawings, details, defects, variations, and error lists before construction and subcontractor payments.
• Manage and coach team members while monitoring productivity and performance.
• Plan, forecast, and track subcontractors progress; prepare weekly schedules and conduct daily coordination meetings to meet project timelines, including logistics planning.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure smooth project execution.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably with a main contractor.
• Proven experience managing project milestones within budget, schedule, and scope.
• Strong people management, coordination, and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Additional Information

• Salary: Up to SGD 12,000 +VB (1-2 Months)
• Working Location: Redhill
• Working Hours: 5 Days Work, 8:30am-5:30pm
