About the Role:

• Own and manage project timelines, set clear milestones, monitor progress, identify potential risks, and proactively remove obstacles to ensure on-time delivery.
• Work closely with Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, Analysts, and QA teams to drive seamless program execution.
• Act as the central point of contact for high-impact programs that span multiple engineering teams, ensuring transparent and timely updates across all levels of the organization.
• Lead roadmap planning sessions, align on priorities, and help stakeholders make informed decisions based on business needs and resource constraints.
• Foster clear communication and coordination between leadership, cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders to ensure shared understanding and alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of program management experience, ideally in a fast‑paced, tech‑driven environment.
• Proven track record of hands‑on program delivery, from planning through execution.
• Strong skills in creating detailed project plans, setting milestones, and tracking progress to meet deadlines.
• Experience with roadmap development and prioritization frameworks, with the ability to adjust plans based on changing requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
