Role Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for monitoring on-site workforce progress, ensuring adherence to project timelines, managing project budgets and costing, and upholding quality control standards across all project activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the work progress of the on-site team, including installers and contractors.
• Provide guidance, instructions, and support to ensure efficient execution of wood parquet installation tasks.
• Monitor project progress, address any issues or delays, and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure adherence to project specifications and industry standards.

Competencies

The individual will require excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines as well as have a strong knowledge of wood parquet installation techniques, materials, and project management principles. Lastly the individual will need to be able to collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address client inquiries, concerns, and change requests.
