Job description

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and manage projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects while collaborating with cross‑functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate project teams, assign tasks, and track progress.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and risks.
  • Manage resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure project success.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Arrange for all necessary inspections and check all documents required to facilitate the handing over of all completed project.
  • Conduct project site inspection on a regular basis. Ensure that workers and subcontractors carry out their work in a safe manner.
  • Carry out inspection of equipment delivered to the project site.
  • Identify potential risks and issues to mitigate and prevent them from causing any disruption to project.
  • Act as the key person and set up communication channel, organize and co‑ordinate effectively within the project team and to manage the project scope, schedule, resources and issues to ensure communication report on project status.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager
  • Min ITE / Diploma in Engineering background or equivalent
  • 2 - 5 years of relevant experience
  • M&E background with minimum 2 years’ experience in project co‑ordination
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings
  • Positive work attitude, good follow‑up skills and ability to work independently
  • Background in commercial kitchen equipment industry will be a strong advantage
