Responsibilities
  • To lead site construction team in ensuring smooth execution of work.
  • To plan ahead of schedule so that site problems can be resolved before they have impact on cost, overall schedule and quality.
  • Manage Correspondence & Documentation with Client/Client's Representative and contractors.
  • To administer changes to the contract with the contracts department.
  • To review and approve equipment/materials requisitions.
  • Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
  • Liaising with authorities, clients representatives, sub-contractors and consultants.
  • Checking and ensuring all plans and work are as per specifications.
  • Project managers handle the planning, problem-solving, and coordination that enable teams to concentrate on their core responsibilities.
  • Resolving any tehnical difficulties and problem that may arise on site.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree holder in Construction/Building or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10years experience from Construction background.
  • Positive personality and good team player.
  • Meticulous and responsible.
  • Able to multi task and work in tight schedules.
