Roles & Responsibilities :
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects and the with the team to determine the specifications of the project.
  • Responsible for preparing project start-up and execution plan, as well as to define key project targets in terms of time, cost, quality, and resources.
  • Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
  • Lead a team of technical staff in planning and execution of day-to-day operations to achieve all key project targets.
  • Liaise with and manage Subcontractors to deliver their respective performance targets in terms of time, cost, quality, and safety.
  • Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities.
  • Supervise the work of laborers, and give them guidance when needed on Project base.
  • Assist the Project Director in tendering proposals to secure new projects.
  • Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
Requirements and skills:-
  • Degree in Building/ Civil or Electrical Engineering/ Construction Management or related.
  • Proven experience as construction project manager.
  • In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
  • Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • A team player with leadership abilities.
