Job summary

Project Manager

Responsibilities

• To attend meetings with the architect / consultant / main contractor with regard to site issues
• To lead the project team ensuring projects are executed according to schedule
• Identify, manage and resolve project issues
• Manage the sub-contractors’ and suppliers’ performance
• Ensure work orders are issued to production department / glazier for fabrication
• Ensure shop drawings, samples, project documents are submitted for approval according to project schedule

Requirements

• Minimum Degree / Diploma in Architecture / Building / Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Class 3 driving license
• Good communication and writing skill in English and able to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the construction related field in Singapore
• 5.5 days per week
