Job summary

Winner Engineering Pte Ltd. is seeking a Mechanical/Building Services professional to lead ACMV/HVAC projects. Reporting to Senior Project Manager, you will manage scopes, schedules, and cost control while ensuring contract compliance on site.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years’ experience, with strong leadership, communication, and safety focus. BIM knowledge is preferred and training will be provided, along with comprehensive medical benefits and a five-day work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, building services engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication, presentation and reporting abilities.
• Experience with BIM and data-centre projects preferred; willingness to learn BIM skills with sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage ACMV/HVAC scopes and ensure contract obligations.

Reporting to: Senior Project Manager / Project Director

Responsibilities:

• Manage scopes of ACMV/HVAC and ensure adherence to contract obligations related to company scope.
• Oversee project cost management and ensure timely reporting and communication with clients, stakeholders, and workforce.
• Ensure compliance with engineering practices and safety implementations in project management.
• Plan and implement project schedules, procurement processes, cost management, and contractual fulfilment.
• Lead and coordinate with team engineers and coordinators to ensure effective communication and execution of tasks.
• Supervise testing and commissioning of necessary systems and structures.
• Implement and govern the safety management system on site.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Building Services, or a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong management, communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, independence, commitment, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Experience in BIM and Data Center is preferred. Candidates willing to learn and achieve BIM skills/qualifications will be supported.
