Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to lead and mentor a team, ensuring effective project implementation and compliance with quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering or related field and a minimum of 2 years of experience in HIP/LTA/HDB projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or similar.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in HIP/LTA/HDB project.
• Qualification by HDB for HIP projects (PEB recognized).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Ensure effective project implementation within time and cost.
• Prepare and submit various reports including budget and safety.
• Ensure quality standards are met in all tasks.
• Co-ordinate with clients, sub-contractors, and consultants.

• Prepare & submit progress reports, budget & safety reports.
• Ensure all works carred out meet company's quality standards & requiements.
• Ensure engineers and supervisors meet client & regulatory requirements.
• Ensure Environmental, Safety & Health standards are carried out at all times.
• Co-ordinate with clients, sub-contractors and consultants on all poject matters.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in HIP/LTA/HDB project
• Qualification by HDB for HIP projects (PEB reconized)
