Vacancy: Construction Project Manager (Construction Industry)

We are a growing construction company looking for a dedicated and responsible Project Manager with a strong background in sourcing and procuring materials from China to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions for our projects.

Job Scope
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
  • Oversee procurement activities, specifically sourcing materials, components, and products from suppliers in China
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and reliable supply
  • Coordinate logistics, shipping, customs documentation, and delivery schedules
  • Build strong relationships with international suppliers and maintain ongoing quality control
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of procured materials into project workflows
  • Prepare project reports, progress updates, and risk assessments
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, particularly in procurement or supply chain
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing and purchasing from China (manufacturers, agents, trading companies, etc.)
  • Understanding of international trade terms (Incoterms), shipping processes, and import regulations
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor-management skills
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
