Job description

As the Project Manager, you will lead the entire project life cycle from inception to handover ensuring smooth execution, cost efficiency, and quality delivery of high-end landed residential properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project management cycle, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and quality control.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and clients to align project objectives and timelines.
• Prepare project schedules and track milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure construction works adhere to design specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and control project costs, resolve site issues proactively, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Conduct regular site meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure a smooth handover process including rectification of defects, documentation, and client walkthrough.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Building, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in residential construction, preferably landed property projects in Singapore.
• Familiar with local building regulations, BCA/URA requirements, and authority submission procedures.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and other construction management tools.
