Job Description
  1. Managing day to day activities at site to ensure all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  2. Review and prepare work schedules of employees at site. Facilitate technical guidance and support to the site team. Coordinate with internal departments, project managers at site, consultants, vendors and suppliers to ensure problem free operations of projects assigned. Maintain quality of work and implement project and deliver as scheduled.
  3. Assist in developing operating policies and procedures in order to administer the projects in a cost effective and safe manner.
  4. Prepare delivery orders, bill of works, cost estimation and budget as well as checking bills and man hour requirements. Prepare and submit proposals to client.
  5. Prepares sales quotation. Attend all site meetings (upon request) and HQ meetings. Conduct monthly operation meeting on site. Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers if applicable.
  6. Provide performance review for staff members. Must be capable of knowing and learning the task of key staff members. (Manager/Supervisor).
  7. Develop and motivate staff, maintain cooperation/teamwork within the site, delegate tasks productively.
  8. Maintain a positive employee relations climate, responding to employee-related issues promptly, fairly and consistently.
  9. Effectively communicate job responsibilities, performance expectations, customer service standards and company policies. Ability to resolve difficult situations on site and implement immediate solution.
  10. Perform various administrative functions and complete management reports accurately and timely.
  11. Ability of creating and handling new business opportunities.
  12. Ensure profitability of the department/ project. Overall management and decision making. Directly reports to the Director.
Job Requirements
  1. Degree in Horticulture, Arboriculture or other related fields with minimum of 5 years
  2. Have knowledge and experience in health and safety regulations
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  4. Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task
  5. Good track record of projects completion Have a passion in landscaping, floristry and good scheduling, planning and execution skills
  6. Proactive, Leadership
