Job summary

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage interior fit-out and construction projects from start to completion
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success
  • Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress against timelines and budgets
  • Ensure all work complies with contractual, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare and present project reports, handle site issues and lead project meetings
  • Supervise and mentor project team members to ensure quality and timely delivery
Requirements
  • Degree in Building, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in interior fit-out or A&A works
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project tracking software
