Qualifications

About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to support and execute consultancy assignments involving development projects, A&A/AEI works, and fit-out projects in industrial and corporate environments. Candidates with less experience or who partially meet the requirements may be considered for an Assistant Project Manager role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support or lead (depending on seniority) the full project lifecycle — feasibility, design coordination, tendering, construction, T&C, and handover
  • Coordinate and manage consultants, contractors and vendors to meet time, cost and quality objectives
  • Monitor schedule, budget tracking, change management, risks and reporting
  • Administer meetings, issue minutes, follow up action items, update logs and dashboards
  • Assist in procurement processes, tender evaluation and contractual administration
  • Oversee site execution matters, quality control, safety, testing and close-out documentation
  • Prepare reports, presentations and communications for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience
  • Degree or Diploma in related discipline
  • Experience in development, AEI/A&A or fit-out projects is preferred
  • Experience in industrial buildings and/or corporate office environment is an advantage
  • Strong communication, coordination and documentation skills
  • Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for Assistant Project Manager
