Job description

We are looking for a Project Manager with strong expertise in overseeing interior design projects, including managing timelines, budgets, and resources, while ensuring high-quality results and effective collaboration with clients, designers, architects, contractors, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all phases of interior design projects, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, designers, architects, contractors, and vendors to understand project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Prepare and present design proposals, progress updates, and final presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and smooth coordination between departments.
  • Manage procurement of materials, furnishings, and decor while negotiating with vendors for the best prices and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
  • Monitor and resolve any project-related issues or risks to maintain progress and quality.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in managing interior design projects.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, project management tools, and construction processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
