Project Manager in Singapore is responsible for leading complex IT and solutions-based projects from inception to completion. The position involves managing the entire project lifecycle, leading cross-functional teams, and acting as the primary liaison between customers and various internal and external stakeholders.

Core responsibilities
  • Project leadership and management: Lead projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from definition of scope and requirements gathering to deployment and closure.
  • Team management: Lead and manage a project team, which may include business analysts and developers, coordinating activities throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal departments, managing expectations and maintaining strong working relationships.
  • Budget and resource oversight: Take full accountability for managing the project budget, timeline, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Risk management: Identify potential project risks and develop appropriate mitigation and escalation plans to keep the project on track.
  • Communication: Ensure frequent and transparent communication with all stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Reporting: Track project performance and provide timely updates on progress, issues, and risks to management.
Required skills and qualifications
  • Professional experience: Typically requires 2–3+ years of professional experience as a Project Manager, with a preference for experience managing international, customer-facing interactions.
