Job Description

• Overseeing the execution of information systems solutions in accordance with the contractual terms established in the client's contract.
• Manage the technical/service relationship between the outsourcing provider and the client and/or subcontractors/vendors.
• Monitor the implementation of the project to ensure that the project/program meets the project schedule, budget, quality standards, and client requirements.
• Conduct a post-implementation project review to evaluate the project's outcomes/results.
• Work with the client management team to achieve customer satisfaction and retention, and to further build the business.
• Communicate with Japanese technical department (Panasonic Connect HQ) in Japanese to proceed above responsibilities

Job Requirement

• Have a thorough understanding of the content of B2B/B2G solutions business and project management.
• Have more than 4 years work experience.
• Mastered the advanced operations of software and applications such as systems and BI, and can achieve efficiency and sophistication even in difficult tasks.
• Able to accurately create the overall storyboard of the deliverables for a business or project, as well as the message and image of each page of the document.
• Able to ensure a certain level of quality in the work of the team members while improving the overall quality of the document.
• Able to take initiative and work under minimal supervision in a fast-paces environment
• Familiar with Japanese Firm operations.
• Have experience in managing projects and software development.
• Proficient in Japanese in order to liaise with related party, required to have at least JLPT N1 level as the role required to communicate with Japan HQ and translation of Japanese documents to English vice versa (Business level)
