Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager with at least 8 years of experience in managing complex projects. The ideal candidate possesses a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, strong leadership capabilities, and exceptional communication skills. You will lead diverse project teams and ensure timely and quality execution from planning to completion.

Qualifications

  • Manage claims for cost and time variations, including submission of variation orders to architects and consultants.
  • Ensure timely submission of as-built drawings, operation & maintenance manuals, and conduct client training during handover.
  • Uphold compliance with legal, environmental, and occupational health & safety requirements throughout project execution.

  • Oversee contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Take full ownership of project phases, from preparation to site management through to completion.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide updates.
  • Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, costs, and resources against budgets.
  • Manage claims for cost and time variations, including submission of variation orders to architects and consultants.
  • Ensure timely submission of as-built drawings, operation & maintenance manuals, and conduct client training during handover.
