Project Manager - Marine Architectural & Outfitting
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage the architectural and outfitting aspects of a complex marine vessel project, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our client
Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution
- Review and develop project scope, timelines, and budgets
- Develop and implement a detailed project plan, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met

Procurement and Logistics
- Liaise with the Purchasing department to procure materials and equipment
- Oversee receipt, inspection, and storage of materials and equipment
- Ensure compliance with quality and quantity requirements

Site Management
- Monitor daily work progress, man-hour usage, and material consumption
- Provide technical guidance and support to supervisors and engineers
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures

Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates, material usage, and claims
- Validate and certify progress claims submitted by contractors
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation

Quality and Safety
- Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Management Systems
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies
- Participate in management review meetings and safety committees
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the marine and offshore industry
- Strong knowledge of QMS and OHS Management Systems
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
