A leading interior design firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure quality control, and maintain stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture/Interior Design, with at least 3 years of experience in project management. Job description

• Oversee the daily operations and running of site project, inculding quality control and project scheduling enforcement.
• Work closely and maintain good working relationship with all stakeholders inculiding clients, suppliers, designers, workers and sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain best practices and standards of project management for supplier/client quotations, scheduling, site preparation, coordination, resources planning, costing, budgeting and documentation.
• Perform risk analysis and monitor project progress with reports to clients and organisations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Architecture/Interior Design.
• Strong understanding in Interior Design specifications, finishes and detailing.
• At least 3 years of experience in interior design, project management and coordinations.
• Strong planning and organisational skills to meet tight deadlines.
• Able to work independently and in teams with minium supervision.
