A leading consultancy in Singapore is seeking a Project Management Officer (PMO) to oversee project governance and deliverables. The ideal candidate will ensure timely reporting and engage stakeholders at all levels. Candidates must have a strong understanding of PMO frameworks, risk management, and excellent communication skills. This role offers a 12-month contract with competitive compensation.

Job description
The Opportunity

Adecco is working with a leading consultancy to find a PMO. Starts off as 12months contract.

Responsibilities
  1. Project Governance and RAID Management - Maintain and regularly update RAID logs, ensuring timely follow-up on mitigation and resolution actions. Support adhere to governance processes and ensure project documentation is up to date.
  2. Deliverables & Milestone Tracking - Track all deliverables from internal teams and follow up with the teams for updates. Maintain a consolidated view of project milestones, dependencies, and contractual obligations.
  3. Project Delivery Support - Prepare and deliver weekly/fortnightly/monthly status reports and updates for clients. Consolidate updates from workstream leads into a cohesive program status report. Ensure timely and accurate reporting from internal project team members. Present status updates to C-suite audience.
  4. Stakeholder Management - Engage stakeholders at all levels to gather updates, address concerns, and align priorities. Facilitate weekly client meetings, external forums, ensuring decisions and actions are clearly documented and tracked. Support leadership and coordinate across teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  5. Adhoc Project Support - Assist with test management activities (e.g. tracking closure of tickets) when required. Step in to coordinate specific workstreams or tasks during peak delivery phases.
Must have skills
