Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, refine, and implement standardized PMO frameworks to streamline cross-departmental workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure consistent execution.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to support contract documentation (e.g., Master Service Agreement, Statement of Work) and align business deliverables with client requirements and expectations.
  • Oversee business-critical AP and AR processes, including invoicing coordination, and vendor payment management; ensure compliance with financial policies and external regulations.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the PMO team; set performance objectives, conduct regular reviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Identify process inefficiencies, and drive optimization initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce errors.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business Administration, Project Management, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in PMO leadership, with a proven track record of overseeing cross-functional projects (preferably in client service, business operations, or related industries).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (data analysis, pivot tables etc.)
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Mature, self-driven, and results-oriented; able to work independently and lead teams to achieve business goals.
