Overview

We are seeking a Project Management Office (PMO) professional to lead a Security Business Profitability Improvement Project, covering both Guarding and Technology solutions. The role will drive coordination, analysis, and execution of initiatives to improve both operational efficiency and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional working groups to identify, prioritise, and implement initiatives that improve business profitability.
  • Develop business cases and financial models to support strategic decisions and investment proposals.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on operational and financial KPIs, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Act as a key liaison between Operations, Commercial, Finance, HR, and the CEO to ensure effective communication, governance, and decision-making.
  • Coordinate local initiatives with global profitability improvement frameworks and standards.
  • Prepare regular progress updates, presentations, and reports for senior management and global stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, financial analysis, and business performance improvement, ideally within security, technology, or related industries.
  • Strong track record managing complex, cross-departmental projects and delivering measurable results.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a matrix or regional/global corporate environment, with exposure to structured governance and reporting processes.
  • Familiarity with corporate systems, procedures, and standards for performance monitoring and reporting will be an advantage.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Knowledge of Spanish or another foreign language will be an added advantage (not mandatory).
