The Role
As the Head of Project Management, you will lead the planning and execution of complex technical projects, ensuring successful delivery within time, budget, and scope while upholding high-quality standards. You will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle—from scoping and budgeting to resource planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder reporting. You will oversee a portfolio of client-facing implementation projects and ensure each project is delivered with precision, accountability, and consistent documentation.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including Presales, Client Solutions Delivery and Customer Success teams, to align project goals with business priorities. You will also directly manage a team of Project Managers and Executives, instil best practices, and drive continuous improvement in delivery standards.
The Opportunity
- Define project objectives, scopes, and schedules through collaboration with clients, internal teams, and the leadership.
- Allocate project resources and budgets while managing progress, dependencies, and risks across multiple concurrent projects.
- Implement and uphold a consistent quality control, documentation, and change management framework.
- Build client trust and engagement through proactive communication, problem-solving, and timely project reporting.
- Lead and mentor the project team, fostering a culture of ownership, clarity, and high performance.
- You will play a key role in strengthening our project delivery capability to support company's strategic growth into AI, Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), and Cloud Native cybersecurity platforms.
Your Background
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Infocomm Security Management, Computer Science or Electrical & Electronic Engineering qualifications
- At least 7 years of proven project management working experience and related technical skills in the information technology sector, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a must
- Analytical problem solvers to correctly identify risks and solve any problems which may arise throughout the project.
- Able to manage small details while keeping an eye on the big picture
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Good communicator with effective stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills and resourceful
- Deliver presentations with a logical mindset
- Strong networking skills and knowledge
- Understanding engineering disciplines such as mechanical, electrical and computer engineering
- Ability to understand complex system development methods and system testing practices
- A good team player and effective leader who is able to lead and motivate the project team of various sizes
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Proven ability to prioritise activities and manage several moving project parts simultaneously and complete projects on time in time‑pressured environment, according to outlined scope and within budget
