Our projects span sustainability audits, waste-management improvement, data-driven reporting, and collaboration with corporate and public stakeholders to create measurable environmental and social impact.

Position Overview

The Project Management Executive will coordinate and implement sustainability-related projects, oversee operational workflows, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives aligned with Circular Unite’s strategic goals. The role involves strong cross‑functional communication, data tracking, vendor coordination, and documentation management, with a focus on driving measurable improvements in resource efficiency, waste reduction, and partner engagement.

Key Responsibilities
1. Project Coordination and Delivery
  • Plan, execute, and monitor assigned sustainability projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with Circular Unite’s environmental objectives.
  • Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external partners on project timelines, deliverables, and reporting requirements.
  • Track project milestones, budget utilization, and outcomes using digital tools such as Asana, Notion, or Power BI.
  • Conduct project reviews and prepare progress reports, identifying process gaps and proposing corrective actions.
2. Sustainability and Circular Economy Initiatives
  • Support development and implementation of sustainability frameworks, including waste‑stream tracking, recycling audits, and carbon‑footprint reporting.
  • Collect and analyze sustainability data to support reporting for clients and government programmes (e.g., ESG, CTC, or NEA initiatives).
  • Liaise with vendors and partners to promote adoption of eco‑friendly materials, energy‑efficient systems, and sustainable procurement practices.
  • Assist in developing internal sustainability policies, training materials, and employee engagement programmes.
  • Research emerging sustainability technologies and circular‑economy trends to recommend innovations for pilot projects.
3. Operational and Administrative Support
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including proposals, budgets, invoices, and stakeholder communications.
  • Coordinate procurement and logistics for sustainability audits, site visits, or awareness events.
  • Support HR and finance functions in maintaining compliance with project grant or funding requirements.
  • Manage internal knowledge systems to ensure traceability and transparency across all project phases.
4. Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and sustainability training sessions.
  • Prepare presentation materials and dashboards for management and external reporting.
  • Contribute to communications and outreach efforts, such as sustainability reports, case studies, or marketing materials showcasing impact metrics.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies, Business, Project Management, or related field.
  • At least 2–5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, operations, or sustainability‑related roles.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills, with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project‑management tools (e.g., Notion, Asana), and data‑visualization software (e.g., Power BI or Excel).
  • Demonstrated interest in sustainability, circular economy, or green innovation preferred.
  • Proactive and detail‑oriented, with strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Passionate about sustainability and eager to contribute to meaningful environmental change.
  • Independent yet collaborative, able to thrive in a fast‑growing startup environment.
