We are seeking a Project Management Executive to oversee and deliver high-impact AI and software development projects. This role bridges clients, internal teams, and leadership ensuring projects are executed smoothly, on time, and with quality that meets Sigmawave’s standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Coordination

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones in alignment with client and internal objectives.
• Coordinate resources across engineering, design, and product teams to ensure project timelines are met.
• Monitor project scope, deliverables, and dependencies to prevent delays or cost overruns.

2. Client & Stakeholder Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
• Facilitate regular project updates, meetings, and review sessions.
• Translate technical information into clear, actionable reports for clients and management.

3. Execution & Delivery Management

• Track daily progress, manage blockers, and ensure adherence to quality and documentation standards.
• Support the product and engineering leads in defining acceptance criteria and validation steps before project delivery.
• Prepare and present completion reports, including performance metrics and lessons learned.

4. Process & Quality Assurance

• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and documentation practices.
• Establish and maintain clear workflows for issue tracking, change management, and project reporting.
• Support internal audits, risk assessments, and post-project reviews.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business Development teams to align execution with company strategy.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and partners when required for complex or multi-party projects.
• Contribute to project estimation, quotation support, and proposal documentation when needed.
