NSING (Singapore) was founded in 2018 in Singapore bringing high-performance semiconductor products and solutions to global semiconductor industry.

Our products includes General and Secure MCU, Secure IC for TPM (Trusted Platform Module), Bluetooth Low Energy BLE and BMS (Battery Management System).

When you join NSING, you will be part of a talented team in the Singapore R&D Center where we develop high performance MCU targeting for Industrial and Edge AI applications.

Your Role

You will be working closely with IC Team Manager and Product Manager to plan and ensure the smooth execution of the project.

Lead project management execution tasks by planning, tracking and working with members to identify obstacles.

Work with and align with department heads on resources allocations.

Working with product managers to ensure key customer project schedules are aligned with project.

Your Skills and Experiences

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related technical field.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management, ideally in semiconductor/IC design, embedded systems, or high-tech R&D environment.
• Candidates with strong interest in technical project management may also be considered.

Core competencies you will need to have

• Strong understanding of project management processes (planning, tracking, reporting).
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-up discipline.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder coordination across technical teams.
• Proficient in Redmine, Jira or equivalent tracking tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft office Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven engineering environments.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Chinese language (spoken and written) to collaborate with team in Chinese teams.

Preferred experience you have

• Familiarity with ASIC/SoC design terminology and engineering flows.
