Main Role & Responsibility
- Compare pricing and prepare costing summary for all projects
- Issuance of purchase order, payments variation orders, settlement of final accounts with contractors and suppliers
- Monitor and keep track of deliveries from contractors and suppliers
- Assist and contribute to execute the works relating to the project coordination between each department and classification, working out and monitoring project schedule and planning
- Arrange project punch list follow‑up
- Handle project support enquiries
- Other office work
Requirements:
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel and desktop productivity tools
- Good customer service skills
- Resourceful, independent, responsive and pro‑active
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across projects, control teams & customers
- Experience working under minimal supervision from management with a strong commitment to team participation
Working Duration
Working Time: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm, Monday – Friday. Need to be available in a short notice
