A creative event management firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage various projects from proposal to execution. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in event management or business development, strong project coordination skills, and excellent communication abilities. This role also involves liaising with clients and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Manage event and exhibition projects from proposal to execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
Liaise with clients to understand project objectives, design requirements, and branding expectations.
Coordinate closely with internal teams (Design, Production, Procurement) to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and vendor deliverables to ensure successful completion.
Conduct on-site supervision during setup and dismantling phases when required.
Identify new business opportunities in exhibitions, events, retail displays, and brand activation projects.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential leads.
Work with management to develop strategies for expanding market reach and improving client engagement.
Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project life cycle.
Provide timely updates, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
Gather feedback post-event to improve service quality and identify future opportunities.
Maintain accurate project records, costing reports, and documentation.
Prepare weekly progress reports and business development updates for management.
Support marketing and promotional activities, including participation in trade shows or networking events.
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in project coordination, event management, or business development (preferably in exhibitions or creative agencies).
Strong project coordination, planning, and client management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with project management tools.
Knowledge of design or production processes in events/exhibitions is an added advantage.
Fluent in English.
