Job Summary

You will lead engineering projects and teams to deliver precise machining, assembly, and testing of equipment. Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret engineering drawings, provide technical manufacturing support, and develop customer proposals aligned with budget and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams to execute machining, assembly, and testing processes, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality equipment that meets specifications
• Manage project timelines, allocate resources, and oversee deliverables to achieve operational goals and enhance customer satisfaction
• Interpret engineering drawings accurately to direct manufacturing and assembly activities at workshop and site locations, ensuring compliance with design intent
• Provide technical support to manufacturing and testing teams by diagnosing issues and implementing solutions to optimize equipment performance
• Assist the Managing Director in overseeing daily company operations to maintain workflow efficiency and operational continuity
• Analyze customer RFQ (Request for Quotation) to develop detailed costings and proposals that align with budgetary and technical requirements
• Adapt to work beyond standard office hours, including site and onboard environments, to meet tight schedules and fast-paced project demands
• Possess diverse experience across various manufacturing processes, including testing and inspections, to support continuous improvement and quality assurance
