How you create impact

You will be part of our Customer Excellence team, adding your expertise and skills to the delivery of Customer + Operational Excellence.

Your primary objective will be to lead a team of specialists for more than one account, ensuring a high level of customer excellence through organizing and supervising all orders.

You will also identify and execute opportunities to increase revenue.

What we would like you to bring
  • To ensure the highest levels of productivity are evident and maintained, while identifying tasks for centralization and automation, working with key stakeholders to transition such tasks.
  • To ensure an accurate level of data quality, ensuring that all systems are kept up to date promptly.
  • To ensure that all team members are skilled and trained in industry knowledge, customer care, processes and systems.
  • To identify opportunities to grow business within the customer portfolios, then work with key stakeholders to prepare and execute development and growth plans.
  • To ensure the timely completion of all required file administration including documentation, billing, and vendor invoices/e-bills acknowledgement plus weekly forwarding sub-ledger (FSL).
  • To act as the escalation point for appropriate corrective actions to prevent a re-occurrence of customer complaints, and to report incidents and hazards as per relevant working instructions.
  • To monitor operational performance of all suppliers (including HSE compliance) and implement corrective or preventative actions, escalating to management if required.
