Responsibilities

• On-ground liaison to work with respective Divisions on the details and management of RFQs
• Managing HR-related functions such as annual and medical leave of assigned headcount
• Managing and resolving complaints in a timely and effective manner
• Processing escalations and ensuring appropriate resolution
• Implementing disciplinary measures when required to maintain professional conduct and performance standards
• Facilitating the billing process and queries
